Without warning they got rid of the drive up ATM. And hours are too short to be able to go in and make deposits for our business.

This branch helped me open my checking and savings account as a disabled veteran. They told me about accounts that I didn't know they had. There were very helpful in getting me accurate information for completing a very important wire transfer (from selling a home). They were able to explain many benefits to me that I didn't know I had (thanks so the special checking and savings I qualified for). They took time to show me the safety deposit box that I get for free with my account and many other awesome perks. They are always friendly at this location and willing to help. They care about the customer, and that's important to me.

I've experienced excellent customer service from this branch, specifically by its branch manager, Holly. Currently, Chase has little to gain by making me such a happy customer, as I'm a student and my account is free, but they've definitely earned another lifelong client.

Very accommodating, reasonable, and helpful. Go to chase for everything. They are friendly, convenient and great at what they do. Holly Allen is a great branch manager at this branch.

I banked with Chase for a couple years and never had a problem. I recently got married and closed my account to be on a joint account with my husband (at a credit union.) Firstly, the lady who helped me was less than kind when she found out I wanted to close the account. Then apparently she DIDN'T close it because I got a letter yesterday that told me to make a deposit to keep my overdrawn account open... Chase should not let any organization withdraw money from a closed account! I am beyond upset because now I owe money on an account I closed nearly two months ago....

I had a bad experience right off the bat at this bank.I opened a checking account and the first check i wrote to a friend cost me six dollars to cash then my checks came and they looked like a piece of paper with my name on them. No carbon to make a copy.So when i called to complain she said that's the way i ordered them.She only asked if i wanted disney checks and i said no.So she argued about 15 minutes.What ever happened to customer service.

Absolute worst customer service! Talked to a Mandy and I couldn’t believe how I was treated! I highly recommend another branch!’n
