Chase Bank George St, New Brunswick

THERE IS NO BANK!!! since there is NO update on this bank I’ll just put it here that there NO bank at all!! No one had updated this bank and they’ve been gone for quite sometime. In this empty space there used to be ATMS but there’s nothing at all!!! Empty in the office too!! Once again, NO BANK IN GEORGE ST!!!!!!!

Worst bank ever. I went there to talk about credit cards. No one is available. I went there to dispute a charge on my debit card. We don't do that here. I went there to use the ATM 5 times in two months and it's out of service. Why even have a bank there? They couldn't even cash a check that was in the chase bank name. This business has turned into a joke.

You'd imagine that being in the downtown area of New Brunswick, the staff employed here would be cordial, but they were anything but. I would often go to this branch because it was the only one nearby but every experience has been so foul that I now take my car and drive out of town to avoid having another experience at this specific branch. They were very curt with me, even though many times I was the only customer there, and made me feel so small. There is a difference between being efficient and rude and too often they crossed that line. They treated all interactions with me as if it were a hassle and I was often tempted to simply close my account and open a new one at the bank across the block. I have no problem with employees chatting with other employees, but when they tell me to wait (there was no other customer there) so that they can finish their conversation and even then just simply reach out their hand (without even acknowledging me) to receive my check and continue chatting with the other employees, that was the final straw and prompted to never step foot in this branch again. I could not believe that this one branch could make me consider closing my account.

Opened a checking account. The staffs are very helpful and friendly.

I love this new location. It is so conveniently located on the section of George St. that’s closed to traffic. The staff are extremely friendly and walk you through all the complex paperwork necessary to make deposits. I was also helped when I needed to make a withdrawal and didn’t know how to operate the teller machine. I do miss the friendly human tellers. But I guess everything is becoming automated these days.

The lady is too bossy/arrogant, I gave her my SSN Card with the original envelope. After she checked she throwed my envelope away without asking me, and gave my SSN card back. I thought she would gave me back everything I gave her. Unfortunately everything except my little envelope. At least she should ask me if I want that envelope back right? Not happy with her attitude.
