    Being a member of Chartway is like being with family. Due to Covid I felt really weary and needed to rearrange my finances. I decided to refinance my car loan. The assist. branch manger was helpful and very efficient. My experience was phenomenal. If you haven’t tried Chartway give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

    Been banking with Chartway for 12 years. The tellers are super friendly and fast. I got a car loan recently and had to get everything set up in one day. One of the ladies even stayed after closing to make sure everything was set up correctly, couldn't say enough good things about this locations personel.

    Had a good experience. My sister in law banks here in VA and I have heard great things about this credit union. Christopher is very nice and is always willing to help. I don't know the other ladies names but they are very nice. Would recommend.

    DO NOT USE THIS BANK! It is a SCAM! They will give you assurances that they care but they do not! I signed up for a spend $10 with 10 transactions and they would give you $100 back. The card stopped working by the 6th transaction. I checked every time I was going to use it that it had money on it and I did! This last time I went to use the card and it declined. I called and they said that I would have to call back in the more because the "card experts" are gone for the day. I called back the next morning at the time they said they would be open and they said they were closed. I called a few minutes later and they said it was an ongoing issue and they were fixing it. I called two days later and they said that I would have to go to the bank. So I went to the bank and they said that I would have to call. So I called right there is the parking lot and they said that this is an ongoing issue and they are working on it. I tried for months to get this fixed and at the same time they were charging me declining fees, I had fraud, and they charged me for not using the account! This last lady didn't care and told me if i wanted it fixed then all I had to do was pay the fees! THEY ARE CON ARTISTS! DO. NOT. GO. TO. ANY. OF. THEIR. BANKS!

    THESE PEOPLE ARE GOD AWFUL AT ANYTHING TO DO WITH MONEY!!! I was never warned by chartway i still owed $1,100 on a truck that was crashed 6 months ago! They told me everything was taken care of. 6 months later my credit score took a 400 point hit because of their mistakes. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! FAIR WARNING TO ALL!!!

    My partner & I both opened accounts at Chartway Federal Credit Union today. It is without trepidation, that I commend Carolina Delgado for her exemplary customer service. Carolina was professional, prompt, patient & polite. Her attitude was stellar, despite power failure & a computer outage thoughout our transaction processes. Also, a "shout out" to the branch manager, Dana, for her expeditious assistance & expertise. The work ethics and comradary at this branch is evident & apparent. Please allow Chartway Federal Credit Union in Humble Texas to handle your banking needs & you will not be disappointed! We are so excited & elated regarding our decision to open four accounts today.

    This branch cannot even handle a simple secured loan without screwing it up. They said they didn't withhold the funds in my account as if their mistake was a "good thing". They gave me an additional checking and savings account and said they would have to delete all four if I wanted it back to just two accounts. When I went to withdraw most of my funds to transfer to a different bank, they said they could consolidate the four accounts down to the two I had asked for and guaranteed it would not affect my auto pay. Well, that was a lie too. Do not trust them with your money and do not trust one word they tell you. Also rude at the drive through. Lazy and unprofessional.

    Been a member for 27 YEARS ...back when they were called Naval Air. Usually very pleased. Today, in fact, I opted for a call-back instead of waiting on hold. I was called back in LESS THAN 10 MINUTES. My various vehicle loans were approved in seconds while I was still talking to the loan officer. Humble Branch office very friendly and usually very efficient. Drive-thru another story though. But I feel safer entering the storefront rather than sitting like a waiting duck in the drive-thru. Disappointed that they did away with FREE CHECKS, especially with someone who's been a member as long as I have.

    I am writing this review while waiting to open up a Checking Acct. I have been waiting 39 minutes and counting. There’s only 3 male workers. One behind the counter, the other two working new accts. I am going to give them a few more minutes. Looks like it’s just a busy day for them. No one acknowledges you when you first walk in. There’s no sign in, ( which to me is out of order). I’m a little skeptical about banking here. We shall see. So far this is a bad vibe I’m getting! UPDATE: I was informed about the checking acct overdraft features. You have to maintain a 500.00 balance in order to take advantage of their overdraft!! DONT WASTE YOUR ENERGY OR YOUR TIME! 🤦🏽‍♀️
