Capital One Bank Farm To Market 1960 Byp, Humble

Not a review for this location but for capital one. Arbitrary 1 week hold on a deposited check that was drawn on my own account from another bank. The funds cleared that account the day after it was deposited. Capital one would not release funds, ANY funds, for a week. Translation. We want to use your money as an interest free loan and there's nothing you can do about it. I'm closing the account as soon the funds are available tomorrow.

After having my car broken into and all my cards stolen I was historically.... Not having access to any maoney is definitely scary but with the help of the AMAZING manager Zaddl (I hope I spelled it correctly) I was able to claim down. I really appreciate her going the extra mile to help my in my time of crisis. KYLE gets an A+ for being compassionate with my situation and get me out quickly and on my way to continue to pick up the pieces of my life. Thank you guys your kindness was noticed and NOTED!!!

ATM’s are absolutely useless. It seems like every time I drive up they’re never capable of taking any kind of deposits, cash card etc. what’s the point of using the bank if I can’t do anything with it

They hover around the entry door like vaulters which is unwelcoming and the customer service level is undoubtedly one the worse I've experienced with a bank ever. I've heard the stories about this particular location but I took my chances since it's the next closes location to me that didn't require me to schedule an appointment. I recently started a freight transportation business and came to open my business a bank account. I've had my personal accounts here about 4 years and a credit card account about 7 years now, so far so good, however this experience made me want to close all accounts. I was a victim of Identity theft in 2019 and last year 2020 and found out about this particular fraudulent incident through chexsystems the day I visited this Capital One Branch. I was completely shocked at finding this information on my record and I understood because of it an account couldn't be opened for me that day. As I waited for the banker to return to me my business documents and my ID, and finish entering whatever information she was entering into the system, I expressed to her how I'd been a victim of identity theft she started to treat me like a criminal the bank teller was rude not empathetic and very passive aggressive. She also proceeded to ask a coworker if she should keep my ID. She started to treat me like a criminal after I voluntarily expressed something personal, sensitive to me and damaging to my life, personal finances and my business. I was reliving a terrible moment in my life when i had been robbed and my identity stolen.This Banker is rude, has poor customer service skills, no people skills and unable to express empathy for others.

Worst bank to deal with. We have 65 retail locations and went in to deposit money. The teller looked at all the bags and said she will have to take me betweeb other customers since shes working alone. No manager was present on location and no body helped. After 45 minutes I am writing this review and now working on transferring business account to another bank. Good thing I dont have a personal account.

Shame shame shame on this bank!!!! Which one of you employees stoked that poor lady’s cab and jewelry??? Who took 20 k from her locker and then went to her house and stoled again?? Somebody knows something!!!! Do not bank with this bank or your money will get stolen!!! Plain simple truth

Worst bank ever! The manager today was rude as ever! I’m calling corporate on her. Also taking all my money out and transferring to different bank

Absolutely horrible. Deposited cashiers check/money order and held it for nearly 7 days.

This is the second week in a row that I’ve come to the atm machine and they were down/out of service. Such an inconvenience. I’m seriously thinking about closing my account. I open this account because of the convenience but it’s been nothing but an inconvenience
