This place is a prime example as to why purple don't like to bank with a local bank and would rather go to the big banks. This banks tellers absolutely act like your bothering them when you ask for a service, deposit/withdraw. And would you believe in 2020, you cannot make a deposit at their atm . . .

Good bank, but holiday hours weren’t updated on here or on their app. Kind of defeats the purpose of being online. Had to drive all the way there and back after seeing the sign on the door.

We moved to Punta Gorda 5 years ago. After visiting other banks in the area we decided on this bank because of the bank policies concerning checking and savings accounts. No charge to use my debit card! The customer service is outstanding along with the coffee and cookies. I recommend this bank for all your banking needs. Special thanks to Marian for allways being extra nice to us and everyone she comes in contact with. She is the pretty well dressed lady sitting up front when you enter the bank.

The saddest thing in the world that can ever happen to a good establishment like Charlotte State Bank is hiring an employee like" Lauren" who was untrained and insensitive to people! It's no wonder that there are so many incidences in our country when people that are young get jobs of position where they're supposed to be responsible and kind.instead act like everything's just hunky-dory for them so why isn't it for you? People are struggling these days and the bank employee needs to be more "customer friendly", kinder and sensitive fir obes privacy and completeing service with better communication skills. rudeness is just not called for

Always nice except 4 newer younger employees but older ones are people persons. Been with them over 23 years and ive seen employees come and go. I hope the older ones who are vety personable will train the new to this style of banking..because it wirks 4 me.
