Went in to the Domain branch last week and the downtown branch today and was helped by Mark Perkins both times. Especially today I want to thank Mark for his time and patience. In the end the problem was solved another way and I did not end up needing to waste Mark's time, but he was very helpful, understanding, professional, and patient today as well as last week. Thanks Mark! Also, Marely and the lady that is at the front desk(downtown) that is a long time employee(always helpful) helped get things squared away today. The Domain branch- Mark-operations manager I think(dark beard) and a younger gentleman(smaller beard) have always been helpful especially last week and the past two plus years with making deposits(especially the ones that were a little time consuming and involved). Thanks Mark and Mark and everyone else! Keep up the good work!

Short: 50 days to close an account -- you can potentially loose out on the entire bull run of an year. They will loose your papers, and won't care about the consequences to your investments. I wanted to transfer my 401k from Charles Schwab to another place. Here is what happened: 0. I liquidated my assets to avoid a liquidation fee (assuming I would be out of the market for a week or so) 1. Submitted paperwork to transfer investments personally at their branch on Nov 1st (dates changed - so its approximate numbers). 2. It is a month now, Dec 1st and I have not heard from them. In the mean time the market is up 1.5% due to tax reform. 3. I call in/ chat with them / wait for their return phone calls which do not materialize - multiple folks are culprits as far as not getting back on the phone after promising to. Finally the local folks track down the paperwork and tell me they will get on it ASAP on Dec 5th or so. 4. Dec 20th: I receive the check for what I had requested.

The man who helped us was professional and patient in explaining confusion in a transaction process. We dropped in with no appointment and left thankful we are their customers.

It was a good place to stop through. They are very helpful people. It's easy to park and I would recommend them.

I was given a check by an account holder in the amount of $58.00 These security conscious stalwarts refused to verify funds until the customer answered their phone call. Ridiculous. I receive checks for 20 times that and breeze through cashing them with other banks. There will be at least two hundred people who hear me advise against commerce with any Schwab entity before I feel vindicated. I appreciate caution but this is ludicrous.

Someone opened an IRA account at this branch with my Social Security number, then closed it. Leaving me with a tax bill. There security and verification of identification is not too good at all. BE AWARE !!! I give a negative 10...

Would be nice to talk to a person instead of being put on hold for extended periods of time...... especially when dialing "0" for an operator who must constantly be at lunch considering how long I had to hold.

Trash, as soon as I can withdrawing all my money and moving to a more reliable bank
