    Vary low quality of craftsmanship. Outrageous price for unquilty work. They had changed a head light bulb in my mother's vehicle an charged her $270.00. For a 7 yr old vehicle. You all are crooked people in there. It's just not what it was when his dad ran the place.

    Went in for passenger said airbag recall, picked up truck to find dash was cracked, they claimed it was cracked when it came in, was not cracked. Said they usually take pictures before work is preformed, no picture was presented to me. Said they should have told me there was a potential dash could crack before work was to start, never was told that either.

    Gave it a 1 star because you can’t go any lower, where should I begin my wife and I went in to look at a Dodge Journey and we decided to try and buy it we got denied, I understand that but why on earth would you bring a car to show us that was the exact same price?? So we decided not to try our luck anymore as we already had a ding on our credit scores, we’ll to add insult to injury the proceeded to run our credit as hard inquiry’s without our permission and no I can’t get a hold of the sales manager or the financial person there. Horrible experience and I wouldn’t send my worst enemy there

    My appt was at 8:30, my vehicle wasn't taken back until 9:40 while waiting. I was told it would only be and hour. It was 2 hours and 15 min before I could leave.When I got my vehicle down there was grease marks all over the bumper and fenders.

    Truly have they have treated me like family. Everybody there is friendly helpful and I enjoy just going there it's almost to hang out. And I want to have a big thank you to whoever put the ceramic coating on my new truck I just picked it up and drove it first couple days and got it dirty cuz I live on a gravel road. But they detailed it and it is so nice I recommend you by the coating on a any vehicle even an older when I would think it would really help go Chandler Chevrolet thank you all.

    Was having issues with my truck so I took it to chandler Cheverlot. Aside from having trouble with the warranty company not wanting to warranty the work. I could not get chandler Cheverlot to ever respond to any of my questions or concerns. They would not keep in touch with me to keep me updated on the progression of my truck, and to top it off their customer service is terrible. I would definitely not recommend having any work done by them on your vehicle.

    I was 10 minutes late for 22500 mile service and they still took the car right back and started working on it. Oil changed and tires rotated in no time at all. Very satisfied

    Issue with my GM Canyon was not resolved. Major component of my vehicle is malfunctioning. Creates distractions while driving. Vehicle is six weeks out of warranty and awaiting determination from service agreement on coverage. So far no response after one week. Service advisor stated part is on indefinite back order and is a nationwide issue with GM.

    2020 Chevy Malibu 14k miles.. Went there today for an oil change and tire rotation for my first interaction with them. I always hear the commercials of come in and experience the Chandler difference.... The Chandler difference resulted in the service advisor coming to me to notify me that one of my tires was missing a weight and needed to be balanced. Now mind you I am there for a $65 oil change and rotation as I was quoted on the phone. She states that they need $60 to balance the wheel, one wheel.... a wheel that is already off the car from the rotation of the tires they are already working on. This is a 5 minute process tops plus the cost of weight. First I don't understand why this is something not covered by Chevy on their bumper to bumper 36K warranty as it isn't a wear item. Secondly I honestly hope this isn't the Chandler difference and people aren't gullible enough to pay this ridiculous amount for this service or others I can only imagine are astronomically priced.

    Please anybody do not buy a vehicle from this place..she brought me a vehicle and told me $28000...turned and charged me 38000...never detailed the vehicle it has scratches on it dents on it nothing was checked out all she's after is money she doesn't care about her costumers...I would never send anybody there for vehicles ever
