Closed on lot a couple of weeks ago. Process was smooth and efficient. I chose to go their office in Destin in person. Brandi Culhane was accomodating and very helpful with a capital gains question that I had. GREAT title company.

Working with Championship Title is a dream. The most responsive, professional, and kindest on the Emerald Coast. There is no question too big or small that they cannot guide you through. When it comes to closing, they take their time and do the work right for a seamless process for all parties! I cannot stress enough how wonderful they are with communication.

Closed on a property a few months back .... After a few days I got hit with a 5k bill from the association for a project that I didn’t know about .... championship told us that we’re out of luck , and can’t help us , this must have been overseen by them , this is one of the reasons why you deal with a title company My experience was way below my expectations therefor I would not like to work with them in the future

I have closed on two properties with Championship Title, and I won't go anywhere else -- they are simply outstanding. They answered complex questions quickly thanks to their deep bench of legal expertise. If you haven't closed with them yet, do it--they will far surpass your expectations!

These people are either clueless on how to handle closings or they could care less about how they treat their customers! We had to go to their office 3 times the day of our closing because these people did not have their ducks in a row.....I would not recommend them for a home closing.
