I had a great experience with Emerald Coast Title Company. Rachel and Ashley were amazing to work with. Every time I called or emailed they were prompt to respond. Always willing to answer any questions I had and help in any way possible. They truly made everything go seamlessly. They are both extremely kind people. I would highly recommend them!

Update: The way a business responds to an issue or complaint often reveals more about a business than the day to day business does. In this case I was impressed with the response I received from management at Emerald Coast Title when they learned I was upset. Because of the prompt and helpful response from management I have changed my review to 5 stars. I was contacted immediately by management and assured they would look into the matter. The next day my concerns were addressed and I received an apology. Emerald Coast Title and Merideth Williamson did not do their job properly and 9 months after closing they expected me to pay a $994 HOA charge that they failed to learn about prior to closing. To make matters worse when I gave Merideth the opportunity to pay the charges or file a claim on my title insurance (1/24/2022 email) she ignored my request. I find Merideth to be obnoxious and her unwillingness to take financial responsibility for their error could delay the sale of my home that is under contract. I only learned that Emerald Coast Title didn't pay the charges because of the new title company's title search. If you closed on a home with Emerald Coast Title I would recommend having a title search done so you won't be blind sided at closing with a Emerald Coast Title error (lien) when you sell.

I am a first time home buyer and I am so grateful for the team who worked with me during this process. They explained step by step and helped me with every annoying question I had. They were very patient with me and I appreciated that very much! Not only were they very helpful, they were also very friendly and made my experience as comfortable as possible. 10/10 would recommend to any new home buyer.
