We ended up going with an out-of-town lender on our house, but we had such a good experience with Certainty that I wanted to leave them a review. We worked with Chad at Certainty; he is a great guy. He is obviously very knowledgeable about the industry, gave us a lot of his time to go through every detail with us about how our credit reports affected our loan, how the process worked and what to expect, and was always at the ready to answer any questions we had.
