Clay Is very knowledgeable and is always eager to educate and go above and beyond in the first time home buyer experience. Clay is always very happy and positive in his approach and follows through on his commitments! I have enjoyed the experience because of Clay as he is very good at making the learning experience comfortable and he is very motivated to guide a customer with valuable experience and wisdom! He helped my oldest son a combat wounded veteran and my daughter in law to get into a home quickly when they moved back and when I asked about the experience they both commented that Clay was really amazing! I could see their enthusiasm, so this gave me the confidence to trust Loan Depot with my first time home purchase! People make the difference and Clay has made all the difference to me!

Not only did he explain the specifics of my application but he explained how the market itself was performing and the reasons behind the numbers on my application. His advice, professionalism, and knowledge is greatly appreciated, making this process pretty smooth.

As first time home buyers we didn’t know what to expect. Jenna was quick to respond to all of our questions and helped us feel informed throughout the whole process. We knew Jenna was taking care of everything and we never felt stressed!

While they have great online tools and are very responsive, I often found that I was given contradictory information from one discussion to another. Their extended lock policies are downright predatory with how much they penalize you. Even taking into account the preferred lender credit (3000 dollars), they were still more expensive than anywhere else I looked. Make sure you check the prices elsewhere before closing with loanDepot.

Lacy and her team helped me and walked me through every step and answered any questions I didn't understand. I was recommended to LoanDepot from a friend a while ago and I'm glad I did use you guys to purchase our first home. I would higher recommend LoanDepot.

I did everything I was instructed to do..even boosted my credit score and never received a call back or an answer either way. Told me in January that they would give me a call back in a couple of days and now it's April. Makes no sense whatsoever.

I believe in fairness&speaking the truth. When a loan Representative is getting paid by commision,and that person says,(we don't need your loan,I don't need it.)Or,Just got rude with my fiancee.I just cannot tolerate that.. Now,Tyler was very professional in the beginning.I cannot take that away from him. One thing that we both asked was about the interest rate.We didn't know that you had to buy down the interest rate even though it was at a 2.8%at the time. Why do you all put your interest rate at a 3.7%??? Why does everything has to be bought down?? That's when the conversation got a little rude from Tyler. I am the customer. We didn't get rude with him at all. So,we found a better company to help us. They are not rude at all.

Kept us informed every step! Tyler Wilson and Sherri G were amazing to work with! They knew we had issues with another lender and had been in this process for 60 days when we signed with them and did all they could to speed up the process! They helped assure the seller it would happen and she held on knowing they could be trusted! Great team work!
