My experience was perfect. This is a pretty rare thing to achieve in any scenario honestly. I came to Ally with a credit score that should have scared most away from even wanting to look in my direction, but for her it was an opportunity to coach and build. We had been in touch for over 6 months before pulling the trigger. With her advice and coaching, my credit went up over 100 points, making me eligible to build our dream home. Ally was always there to help me and my fiancé, even after hours, if I had no idea what I was doing in regards signing, or what paperwork to send her way. She was a great partner through all of this - As we were coming to our close, Kandle was introduced to me as another advocate to help us through our closing.
