She responds extremely quick in all communications forms; email, text, phone call. At one point in our home search we backed out of an offer we had put in on a house. When my husband called to have that tough conversation with Joanna, she was nothing but kind and understanding. Then when we were ready to start back with our home search, she welcomed us with open arms! Joanna is so knowledgeable and has a detailed answer for every question my husband or I had (which was many). She has many connections in the community and was able to refer us to a trusted inspector, someone to pump the septic tank and an exterminator.
