Had a great experience working with Century 21 Advantage. Rhonda Pehl was our realtor and she did a fantastic job at making sure we always got new house listings the same day they came on the market. It took us a little over a year, but we finally found a house that we love thanks to all of you!

We weren't originally planning to list our small and inexpensive house with a professional realtor, but we are so glad we did. And we're so glad we used Brenda and Luis to do it. They were fantastic! We figured our tiny house wouldn't get much attention from a busy realtor, but Brenda and Luis gave the same care and attention to our property as they did to all their other listings. We were so impressed! They maintained constant communication with us, and called us immediately anything came up. It was the quickest, smoothest, and most seamless real estate transaction we've ever had. Brenda and Luis obviously know their market and their craft. We can't say enough wonderful things about them as a company and as a couple. You definitely won't regret using them!

outstanding! I purchased a home in Blanchardville that had several issues the first week we moved in. I was so stressed out and financially I have no more options moving in had depleted my bank account and I had no money for these repairs that the seller had masked in order to sell the home. so the manager here Nate offered up to have the plumbing repair bill sent to him and gave me the number of a local plumber. this is a good man, he stepped up and helped a family when they were down and out right before the holidays. he did the right thing even though he was not required to and to be honest was not his responsibility. these are the kind of people you want involved in buying a home or selling. I will never use anyone else. I only wish I could give more than 5 stars!

We had some major issues with our sale and buying a house that Zwygart listed. In the end they came threw and did What they could do to fix the problem. Thanks and I appreciate Candace stopping by personally herself.
