FIRST COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION W 7th St, Monroe

I have always had excellent customer service. Whenever I have a question it is answered promptly and you can sense the smiles through the phone. We did our vehicle loan through them and it was so simple and we had answers within a day. It was so smooth of an application and process that we transferred our other vehicle loan over to them and then our son purchased his first vehicle and got his loan through them as well. Tammy Byrnes is amazing to work with and her personality is amazing and above and beyond great customer service.

This location has been very helpful to me. They've always taken the time to meet with me, even in short notice, and given me the time needed to satisfy my banking needs. I recommend First Community Credit Union to anyone.

COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TREATMENT BY THE BRANCH MANAGER!! Do not recommend,unless you plan on NEVER inquiring about why they are auto pulling money out of your account!!! I have never been treated so disrespectful at a place that I deposit my hard earned money. I'm still a huge Credit Union fan.

Quite honestly I’ve had a pretty good banking experience with FCCU. I just returned to them due to moving back to town and I’ve visited different branches. They provide great service everywhere. With the pandemic going on, they did extend communications through email rather than having to go in person, which has been really helpful. The only downfall, is that they must be busy following up in all emails and forget to complete certain things, but once you reach out and remind them, they follow through. Thanks for a great banking experience!
