Centris Federal Credit Union Ames Ave, Omaha

The lady at the counter was nice and smile when I first enter the Bank but she needed help with my problem and the Manager that try to help solve my problem was rude and make me feel like was the problem. She told my business loud and in front of everyone and did not really wanted to listen to my explanation. I left and went to the branch on 156 and Mapple. They took care of the problem that they had created in the first place. They were polite and Respectful and listened to what I have to said.

I've been banking here for many years and they have always had a wonderful staff. I just wish they would take the time to dress a little better.

While I love this credit union and been with this fcu for years, I'm not a big fan of this location.... There are no simple customer service skills, no acknowledgement or anything....

Never gonna do business with these people. They only care about white customers.

Centris has been going downhill for a while. Before COVID they were great. Now there is new ppl all the time and they are slow. Now when you call, they have changed their system and can't talk to anyone. If I call the bank to speak with someone about my account, my money, and I can't speak with anyone,ITS TIME TO GO. Heart goes out to the elderly for dealing with this mess. They wouldn't have a bank if it wasn't for us. What happened to the black people that worked there? Yeah right

Ive been banking here for years! Deposited around 1 million in revenve over few years. Service has gone downhill. They put on hold prefectly good regular deposit checks without telling me. Then when I ask to revise deposit within in mins they said no due to fed regulations. They have done this before! I will be moving my business elsewhere. Beware I sugust staying away from this credit union!

Worst bank ive ever banked with and customer service here shaquieshah or watever her name is . attitude not professional or acceptable he/she claims to be the "manager" but acted like a child. Asked me a question then rudely interupted . disregarded the only information that I gave him/her and I don't know what to do other then close my account. They aren't even a union anymore. They were taken over by usbank so now shaquitaah has no job hooe carma comes back and shows her how to do a simple task . its not hard and it won't hurt I promise. It's called work for a reason.

i’m not sure what happened to the customer service here but the quality has gone down. it was like pulling tooth and nail to get an auto loan. very bizarre.
