Centreville Bank Main St, West Warwick

AWEFUL customer service since the merged with Putnam Bank. also ever changing tellers at Wickford branch. On hold for ten minutes, never had this happen two years ago!! TOO big and too impersonal. I have been a customer for over 35 years! Maybe not much longer!

Terrible bank. They offer zelle with no limits but when you use it they shut you down . Also if you do get shut down if you have a family member they won’t let them open an account either. Stay away from this bank awful experience

WORST BANK EVER!!! Terrible management, very limited services and no benefits to using this bank at all. Nothing but aggravation at the Pomfret Branch

The lazy employees at this bank give all of the rest of the employees a bad name. I have gone to the drive up winow 2x in the past week once 5 min before closing and 4 min before the bank was suppose to close. Both times I was told that it isn't the time to close both times I was ignored. I have always provided my customers with the best customer service I can and to be treated like this. Very sad. Worse fees ever. They won't waive them either...unles it's a "bank error". Such a stingy bank.

I have been a Putnam Bank customer for quite a number of years. Unfortunately, once Centreville Bank took them over everything went downhill. Customer service, when calling, is very inconsistent. I'll get one answer from one representative and something completely different from another. I would not suggest using this bank.

Maybe people don't use credit unions because they don't have stringent customer service protocol. Every phone conversation has felt like I was being rushed. They do not treat you like a valued customer. Also, lots of clerical errors, took almost a month to get a debit card and it was because of typos and somehow it ends up delivered to the bank. Navigant is a nice and if you're looking in Providence county area.

We decided to go through Centerville for our mortgage. We were assigned Anthony Amaral. He is for us the best mortgage broker I have ever met. He is professional and very pro active. To the point he was asking me for paper work way before they even asked for it "Just in case" which they needed up ending anyway! He was a breath of fresh air and went WAY above and beyond for my family and I to make sure everything went smooth all the way till closing! I couldn't believe the attention to detail and how well he communicated everything to us and what was going to happen next. He helped me not only with a mortgage but helped me with suggestions for home owners insurance and legal representation which in turn made every single thing move smoothly. Thank you Anthony for everything! Centerville Bank has a serious Asset with you! I hope they know that! Thank you for everything!!!!

Will not recommend this bank ever. Made me go through the application just to deny for random reason after I had a loan for 18 months with the bank and wanted to refinance. Do not treat the customer right. Extremely disappointed.
