Worked with Daniel on my recent mortgage loan. He was EXCEPTIONAL. Given the distance, we were unable to meet in person, however, he sent me a wonderful video message introducing himself and congratulating us on loan approval. During the process he was very responsive, very clear and informative, and always moved very quickly where he could. I was never in the dark on where my load status was, and never felt confused or frustrated during the process. I truly appreciate his help and am glad I was introduced to him. Daniel was referred to us by a family member. He always picked up my calls (and there were many) or replied with a text stating he would call me back because he was on the phone or busy at the moment. He always took the time to answer my many questions and explain details to me. He was quick to change anything that needed to be changed.
