This branch is excellent. Great tellers and friendly. After my horrible experiences with the Shrewsbury branch and their staff I decided to travel to the Northborough branch. It is well worth the extra 10 minute ride to be treated nicely. The Shrewsbury branch should take lessons from these people in how to treat their customers. Keep up the good work.

We've been with Central One since 1974 and would not think of banking anywhere else. Central One has provided checking and savings accounts, financed our home, equity line, cars, our children's homes, car & home insurance, advised and managed our retirement savings, etc. They have been our go to for 45 years for everything and we have never paid a fee for anything. They are the best. Customer service is A++.
