Hello - I applied and closed on my home with Priority Funding in under two months! Wow! That is right! It was truly the best experience that I EVER went through. Hillary was my Loan Operations Specialist II. She was incredibly efficient, extremely knowledgeable, literally made the process easy and straightforward. She was very pleasant and kind to work with. I am very grateful for this experience and for her support. Gary Manyak was my loan officer. I had an unusual circumstance with the purchase of my home. He had a simple solution, an expert to the loan process and communicated very well. He was also extremely pleasant to work with. I wanted to close within three months and he and Hillary made it happen in under two months. So, my experience with Priority Lending was A+. I worked with Jon Monge and he did such a wonderful job. Had such a wonderful experience with him he is very helpful with everything that needed to be done and all the questions I had. He is a very warm welcoming person to talk to. Very friendly made it so much better to work with him and made everything so much easier was comfortable through the whole process. 100 out of 100 experience I've ever delt with in a person in customer service and getting everything done in and good and timely matter. Definitely would recommend him to anyone I can. He has made this home buying experience so much better.

A mobile home community gave me this name for a lender. I had such a negative experience I nearly pulled out of the home purchase process. Joe Esola was verbally abusive via the phone, refused to answer my questions, and actually hung up on me. In nearly 54 years, I have never had a more negative experience. One staff member reached out to the seller's agent instead of me. The seller's agent found this company highly unprofessional and said he would never again work with them. He and I agreed that it felt as if we did all of their work for them. Their documents and emails were filled with typos and errors, even after I would correct them. They couldn't even spell my name correctly in one instance. They made a fairly straightforward process more difficult than I could ever imagine. The only staff member who was always professional, friendly, thorough, and helpful was Jennifer Campanale. She got my loan reassigned and helped secure my business. I have actually never written a negative review anywhere. This is how awful of an experience I had.

We closed!!! I used to think that the two most painful experiences in life were buying a car and buying a home. I can now cross off buying a house thanks to Priority Funding LLC. The whole process as laid out by Priority is simple, well explained and no surprises. Any questions asked were quickly and thoroughly answered. There were no unreasonable request for info or docs. Just a straight forward roadmap to get to the end goal of owning a home. Jack Kelleher and Tin Tran are terrific to work with as are the support staff behind them.

It was recommended that I contact Priority Funding to secure a home loan. I was given the name of Brian Hines as my loan contact. From the very start until completion of the process Brian and his associate, Wilda Cortez, made the start of my application until final closing very straight forward. All of my calls with questions were answered promptly and thoroughly explained. It was a pleasure working with them both.

As an insurance agent calling an institution for assistance with a common client, I was ELATED with Jon Monge's service. His top priority since the moment of contact was to ensure my insured/his client had everything he needed for closing and we(as the insurance agent) had all the tools we needed to assist in the same goal! I had an excellent experience with priority funding. Although the homebuying experience was a little difficult Priority Funding was very easy to work with. Jon Monge was particularly helpful and continues to be in solving any questions I’ve had. Brian Hines stuck with me through three attempts of buying a home. One of which I still have issues with the Brian had nothing to do with that he did a great job. I highly recommend priority funding. They were recommended to me by a good friend and he still a good friend

I don't believe my experience could have went better, especially for a first time home owner. I was able to coordinate things on my own and basically, mostly communicate through emails. From what I've heard, I also received a great interest rate. I recommend !
