Central Bank - American Fork E Main St, American Fork

I have been with Central Bank for over 5 years because I have had such great experience with the customer service. Recently, I have had a few issues that have been a little unpleasant but today was absolutely shocking. I have never in a million years ever heard of refusing to give a customer their available funds and for no reason or no explanation at all! And to be so rude to me about it! I will be finding a different bank to take my business to, where I can actually access MY money and be treated with dignity.

My business has banked with Central Bank for over 4 years now. I believe that I could be categorized as a high maintenance customer. I call frequently and ask for assistance regularly. I don't have memory of ever being disappointed. In fact, the opposite is true. I feel welcomed in the American Fork Main Street branch and feel like I belong there. I have personal relationships with the bankers and feel like they are genuinely concerned about me and the operation of my business. In fact, I don't like using the drive thru because I would rather go inside to say hello to the people I know. Central Bank is doing it right!

This place has 5 stars for a reason! I went to 10 other banks and credit unions trying to find someone to finance a self loading tow truck. I thought all Hope was lost until I came here. David made the process so easy and clean. The pure ease of it was almost not believable. Here I am almost a year later and very happy. Go see David! He will take care of you like he did me. I love my truck and this bank.

The team at Central Bank in American Fork, in particular Greg Anderson and Jordan Duckett have been great to work with as we build our small but growing business. Their ability to make us feel like our business is important to them is huge as we come to them for help and advice on many things. Highly recommended!!!!

Love the feel of a small town bank that knows who you are can get things done quickly. Other banks turnover their employees so fast that it makes it hard to build relationships! Love this branch!! Banking here is the way it was intended. Friendly and accomodating staff that are always available to take care of the customer. They also actually answer their phones! They have staff that stay and know who you are when you walk in! Central Bank is my bank!! Thanks for always taking such great care of me.

The AF Central Bank office is so great. Everyone has always been so kind and professional. Kami, especially, is an excellent asset to the office. Every time I go in she’s so willing to help and goes above and beyond her job description to make sure all my needs are met.

All the staff was great to work with in the American Fork Office! They took the time to explain the process and were quick and easy to work with in collecting draws. I highly recommend you consider Central Bank for your construction loan!

This Central Bank has some of the best customer service representatives that I’ve seen. They are very nice and easy to work with. You can tell that they value their customers and want to help.
