Central Bank W 9th St, Lawrence

I have always worked with this Central Bank of the Midwest out of all the ones in Lawrence. I always have positive interactions with the staff at this one. Today, Seth helped me with my account. He was very friendly and welcoming! When someone is handling your finances you want them to make you feel comfortable which he went out of his way to do. Seth made sure I understood every step of the way!

When presented with a challenging US Coast Guard contract to build Ice Rescue airboats, Central Bank of the Midwest was the only bank out of over 15+ local and regional banks to step up to the plate. The entire team there was an absolute pleasure to work with and those relationships that were built will forever be apart of our business. They treated me and my company like family, understood the lending needs we required and when presented with challenges they were always quick to be apart of the solution. So much so that we moved our Personal banking from BOA to Central after nearly 20years of banking. I've never come across a team so eager to help. They've solidified my business for years to come and would highly recommend them to any business needing funding, or any individual looking for a great bank that treats you like family from the second they pick up the phone or you walk through their doors. Tim Metz, Twila Baker, Adam Holmes, Doug Gaston, Gina Baun and the entire Central Bank Team have been AMAZING!

Was at the drive through to withdraw Christmas money for the holidays. Tyler and Jon were friendly, professional, and provided impeccable customer service. I have been a long time customer of the bank, and it is employees like these gentlemen that keep me coming back.

Tyler & John are always the most amazing drive thru bank tellers ever. Always making me laugh and even when there’s a wait, make the wait seem pleasant! From business to personal they can handle it all!

I have been banking here for many years and would never think of leaving. The staff here on 9th and Kentucky go above and beyond for their customers. Especially Tyler Ring and the branch manager Lynn!!! Thank you for all you do!!! If you are not banking with Central Bank of the Midwest, your missing out.

The drive thru duo make my daily trip there more memorable. Even though I'm not always excited about bad news they give me they still do it with a bit of humor. When I asked for a calendar I was very upset about the banks decision not to continue with this yearly tradition but the guys went above and beyond to make sure that I had not one but two calendars for next year :-) Awesome job guys!

Had a lovely experience at the Central Bank of the Midwest today. Anne was of immaculate service and was extremely thorough. When we inevitably go back, I hope she will be there to assist again!! All in all an awesome bank if you are looking for one. Everyone there is very kind and helpful. They have options for anyone and everyone.
