Do not bank with them. Once you open an account with Bank of America, they will close your account after a certain amount of time without even telling you. I recently created an account online and had already updated my direct deposit with my new account and routing information and then couldn’t access my funds a week later because my account closed without my knowledge. This was a horrible experience and would not recommend them to anyone. This location didn’t have enough representatives to even try and help me in the moment, so I decided not to waste my time and will not be going back. Now, I have to wait a whole week for a paper check in the mail and can’t access my funds until then. Please save your time and go somewhere else. Very disappointment with the service and system at Bank of America.

I don't understand the purpose of having a number because you can't get through to any branch representatives - I've not only called the local branch, several times I might add to calling outside the local area to no avail. It's ridiculous.

I love coming into this BOFA branch! They’re usually very busy but I’m always greeted and helped promptly. If I ever have an issue they always find a solution for me. Justin has been the one to usually help me and he always remembers me by name. He is a great Asset to the branch. Thanks for all you do in making my banking easy! :)

I came in a few weeks ago and noticed a decent line. The tellers were very helpful and pleasant even with a crowd of people in the lobby. Even with belligerent customers they handled everything in a polite and professional manner. It’s a good feeling when you are greeted with a smile even after they’ve dealt with rude customers. I’m happy to use this branch

Do you like incompetence? Do you like feeling like your money is being held hostage? Do you like a bank where there is only 1 teller working and 3 people sitting at their office desk? This is the place for you! It’s more important for them to have someone tell you to use the ATM in the lobby than it is to jump behind the counter and help. I closed my account based solely on this absolutely atrocious excuse for a bank branch.

I love this Bank of America location! I found myself in an odd situation involving my cashier’s check that was misplaced by the recipient. Upon my visits to this bank, I was helped by a friendly and knowledgeable staff! Justin and Rob made sure I knew exactly what was going on and helped me decide how to make my next steps so I would be protected. I can’t thank them enough! I am not experienced in this type of thing and I feel very well taken care of!

Horrible branch. The only walk in one in Lawrence. Same teller twice messed up my checking account balance. I wanted to speak to a Mgr. They are never around 3rd time I went in to discuss my account. They put tellers in managers office so you think it's a manager. Been long time customer. Got disgusted after 30 mins when the idiot said. So you want me to close your account. No! Went in next day with letter for a manager just to drop it off and leave. Woman Mgr comes out of back somewhere. Wouldn't listen to me. Then called police in me! Dirty witch!

Visited on 06/12/21 to add a POA to joint accounts. My drive time to the branch was 3 hours round trip. I arrived approximately 35 minutes to closing and was advised I need an appointment because it will take 1 hour to complete my transaction. I was not awarded the opportunity to wait for service. I attempted to call the branch prior to initiating a visit to determine if an appointment is required and my phone calls were not answered. Employee in the lobby stated they do not answer calls at the location due to staffing. I do not have her name as she did not have her name tag on and did not introduce herself by name. I am supposed to be contacted on 06/15/21 for further assistance. I recommend scheduling at least 2 relationship managers on Saturday as the platform transactions are complex in comparison to teller transactions. Providing service to customers/account holders who arrive during business hours will be appreciated. Based on my interaction with the lobby leading employee and a review of customer feedback on this page, I have to conclude the branch telephones are there for aesthetic purposes and not customer service. I believe the removal of the branch phone contact information from the BOA website will assist with customer experience by lowering customer expectations.

Went to this bank to provide information they requested. Had a long wait and they provided documents for us to sign. The document had some questionable wordage and referenced another document. I was told the document in question was the one I was provided, it clearly was not. I believed the lady 99.9 %, but wanted to see the document in question. After several minutes of arguments and denial of the existence of document in question. I told her we would come back when I had time to do research. She said I could not leave that I had to sign. The bank has my money so that is a very threatening statement. We argued more I will admit I was rude too, we both raised our voices. She stopped off and came back a few minutes later with the document that she claimed did not exist and her manger. It proved what she was saying so at least she was not dishonest. I don't know why they did not want us to be 100 certain of what we were signing. Proceed with caution. Your time means nothing to them and the use pressure tactics to get you to sign documents with out explaination

“HONOR”to those who deserve honor. Me and my family went to this branch on a Saturday 02/20/21 @ 11:50am only for “1” transaction. “JUSTIN” made us feel at home. “ORLANDO”was just great. “ASHLEY GROVE” just went above and beyond she help us with a total of 7 transactions at least. Ashley treat us with the best costume care that you can imagine. KAYLA” is very professional she run this branch with the best customer service Everybody in this branch is very professional this was my 3rd time visiting this branch and I will definitely keep coming back. The staff at this branch is wonderful. They are helpful and very on the ball. Kayla has been very helpful during a hard time in our families life and made banking with BOA easy and meaningful. Thank you Kayla and staff.

This is not a bad branch. BOA is not the bank of choice if one lives paycheck to paycheck. If you keep a balance they can be trusted to keep your money safe. They have a really good online check paying system. You can also make appointments online to save time when you need personal banking services. I use them for notary services, safety deposit box, occasional cashiers checks. I have found the folks that work there polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. They are limited to bank policies made somewhere far away. If you want very personal service try a locally owned bank or better yet try one of the credit unions. As a cost cutting move they recently closed the drive up service. This is a good bank for those that don't need to borrow money.
