Very pleased with our visit! We worked with Adam on opening two business accounts. We made the switch because our bank wasn’t accepting anymore PPP loans so a good friend Carson helped us secure them both in a few days. Beautiful building and even better staff / service - highly recommend!

This is the worst bank I have ever had to come to! We had 1 deposit of $1000 cash, should have taken a couple minutes… we sat in line for 20 min then once it was our turn, we waited an additional 30. This is 50 min to get one cash deposit done! People in drive thru we’re getting out of their cars talking to each other trying to figure out what the hell was going on! Horrible bank, avoid at all costs.

I just had the worst encounter with a loan officer Cindy Waltmiller or Wokmiller. I had waited 12 days to hear back from a loan application I had just filed out. I have had accts with Jefferson Bank since I was a child and central bank of boone County for almost 10 years. I just moved to Colorado weeks ago and after going online, I apparently chose the wrong bank. Online was where I filled out my application. I have utilized the new bank here in Denver and guess I assumed they were connected but I was wrong. All of this is besides the point. After making several calls, and being sent to voice-mail, we found out Cindy was my loan officer. She was so rude. Said she calls all of her applicants but I have had no missed call or voice-mail from her. She basically told me I was denied and said it's because they don't loan money out of their area and was completely rude going into saying I'm 40% debt to income and then proceeds to say "that's a lot". I have a substantial amount of money in both Central Bank of Boone County and at Jefferson Bank. This one encounter with her makes me want to pull all my money out. I have never been treated so low by a customer service business professional. Might I add, this loan was to refinance my 38k car that I owe about 22k on. Not to add MORE debt. Also . My credit score is 701. Not great but definitely not awful. She basically said "yeah you weren't approved". I had to ask why while she proceeded to be so rude to me.

Mike Arant is a great guy! The refi process was very easy and Mike communicated about everything along the way! Central Bank is one of the BEST banks out there. Been with them for 20+ years and wouldn’t change for nothing!

I recently closed the home mortgage on my retirement home. There were a couple flies in the ointment during the process. In all cases my banker was patient with the situation and worked diligently to provide good options to solve the situation. I'm happy I went with Central Bank. Very respectfully JQ Watton

Called the bank to request some information, and the lady who answered the phone was very rude. I asked her to point me in the direction of someone I could talk to in regards of shipping my car overseas because my husband is active military. And she asked rudely “how it pertained to us.” Why would I be calling regarding that information if my car wasn’t financed through that bank? Then proceeded to say that “We don’t ship cars, but hold on.” Very rude, seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.

I have been banking here since 1988 (first account was with my ex-husband). I have always been very pleased with all of the services they provide and I still am. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because the drive through for the last year to year and a half has been extremely slow. It is a big change from the way it used to be. Also, it is very hard now to get through to customer service. That did not used to be the case either. I can see things taking more time with loans and such but the drive through and customer service should be much quicker than they are.

Extremely disappointing visit to the 291 location this a.m.. Instead of being able to help me with a simple 2nd debit card to my business account, there were computer glitches, teller's congergating in the back carrying on instead of helping customers and passing the buck when I questioned who would help and how long it would be. I truly wish they would not have closed the Oldham Road location. They had exemplary customer service at that location. I've had better customer service at an Academy Bank inside of Walmart!
