Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) E Langsford Rd, Lee's Summit

I agree with others, this has got to be the worst ran bank branch ever. Whoever manager this branch should be fired. This place is understaffed every time I visit with at least two people hiding in offices. We recently withdrew money for a trip and they shorted us $50. Called back and were told that it is under investigation. Called again were told Kia, a manager would call back. It’s almost impossible to get through when calling and we are still waiting. My advise, DON’T GO HERE.

Worse bank ever! Customer service = poor; debit vs credit so people have insufficient funds = found to be unlawful. Just an all around awful bank.

They told me I could open an account for my son, then after we got there said we could not. A few months later I had a fraudulent charge of 1300.00 and when I called to take care of it, they hung up on me after 15 mins of waiting.

Worst bank in Kansas City. Like convenience, like friendly people? Well don't go here. Can't stand coming here. My work has an account here, and I have to go to make deposits. I'd rather stab my eye out with an olive fork. I hate hate hate coming here. Don't do it. Go to central bank you'll love it there. Stay away from this horrible bank.

Terrible customer service! I work part time, a few days a week, at a local business. In the mornings it’s mandatory to go and get the deposit slips from money dropped overnight. The tellers always just say it’s not ready yet and shoo me away to move on to the next person as quickly as possible like I’m not a real customer. It’s at least a 5min drive to get to the bank in the first place and then to leave empty handed most days is very frustrating. I do my personal banking at BOA as well and how I’ve been treated at this branch on several occasions has made me want to take my business elsewhere. I would never recommend this branch to anyone. Would give zero stars if possible.

Hour and a half wait to get husbands name off account and still didn’t get finished. 1 teller working and 18 people in line. Do NOT waste your time

Went 11:30 on a Thursday and they were CLOSED. I switched over to a different bank because this location is so horrid. Why have a physical location that's NEVER OPEN? Online Banks (Chime) are SO much more convenient since I can't even use a physical location anyhow.

I've been trying to deposit money since after Christmas, their closed when I go to work and closed when I get off, can' deposit the money thru the ATM because its not accepting cash!!!!

If I could give negative stars for this location, I would. I had an appointment scheduled BUT WAS NEVER CALLED ABOUT A CANCELLATION. Apparently they are closed because of a Covid outbreak, and I understand that's unpredictable, BUT LET YOUR CUSTOMERS KNOW. What a joke. Whoever runs this region is a joke of a manager.

During my visit tellers were offline and unable to process my withdrawal. Customer service, did however, redirect me to an indoor ATM..Too many steps required to get the job done. Customer Service Rep was patient, professional and helpful.
