Central Bank Country Club Dr, Jefferson City

Don’t bother using this bank if you’re ever going to move to a place that doesn’t have it. I have to either drive 2 hours or hand write a letter just to get them to close my bank account. Spoke with 3 different customer service agents and all of them told me different things. One told me I could email, one told me to just come in, and the last one gave the two options I stated. It shouldn’t be this hard to close an account.

Have my loan through Central Bank on a 2015 Polaris Ranger. Right after I purchased it I had to return to work (out of state) and completely forgot to get insurance on the side by side. Nothing happened to it. Return home from work and within a few days got two notices from Central Bank, on the same day. One saying I needed to get insurance and the other informing they provided me with insurance. Problem is the insurance I was "provided" was $300 a month and they charged me for three months. I had just got insurance and it's only $300 a year and better coverage. Called the number included in the notices and all the woman could tell me was basically "tough luck". Oh and that $900 dollar charge was thrown on the loan to collect interest. Absolute scum.

My mother passed and I needed help with her fiancees. The Representative Kaylie LeCuru, helped me every step of the way. She really did above and beyond what her job was required of her. She made the transition very easy. I cant thank her enough for the help she provided. The highest level customer service I have ever received.

Could not be happier. We had a disputable charge, resulting in overdraft fees. Spoke with Amber, who helped us with the dispute process and promptly refunded the fees. Went to the branch at the mall, spoke with Adrian, who further assisted and reissued a debit card without delay. We are happy to be Central Bank customers.

Horrible customer service. I turned them into FDIC and 2 weeks later closed my account. Lied said it’d be open until May 6 but they closed it May 1. Tammy said it’s because I don’t know how to treat people. Told her if they the bank knew how to treat customers we wouldn’t be in this position. She told me that’s part the reason they closed my account because of my behavior. She can personally attack you but if you reply they’ll close your account no warning!! They claimed they sent a letter certified mail but they couldn’t produce proof after saying I received it (which I didn’t). This all started when they refused to refund a $32 overdraft on a fraudulent charge.

I go inside here often and if I have to wait in line, it's not for long. They even have staff from the back come up to help with basic banking.

I went to Central Bank on Country Club Drive with a bunch of change today and thought it’d take a while because there was a line. Grace was quick to take care of me and made sure my experience was quick and easy. I can tell all the workers there are great with their time and really know what they’re doing!

We have been banking with Central Trust for many years & have done business through all of their branches. For convenience, we now do business through their Central Bank West location (by the JC Mall). When visiting in person, we are greeted by name and with a smile (always a nice touch). We transact a lot of business by phone and our needs are always addressed very professionally.There are a couple of "go to" employees that we use regularly and know we can always count on EXCELLENT FRIENDLY & PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. Manager Dennis Bosh and his assistant Adrian Heckman are top notch when it comes to answering questions & implementing our requests. Bryan Delly in Customer Service has been my "go to" guy for a couple of years . Bryan is 100% trustworthy, competent and friendly. We know we can rely on him for ALL of our needs. Thank you ALL ... we look forward to continuing our long-time relationship. Keep up the good work!

Great bank with fantastic customer service. Always friendly and courteous. Our debit card was hacked/stolen once and there were NO ISSUES OF ANY KIND working with us . We really appreciate the support.

I have had awesome experiences with Central Bank, whether by phone call or when walking in to any of the locations, JC or Columbia. Although I miss seeing Dennis at his past location, I am glad that he has been given a new home at S Country Club. I believe he is one of the greatest asserts at Central.
