Everyone we have come in contact with at RRCU has been so welcoming and helpful. We were in the process of refinancing and decided to look into RRCU's rates before signing with our current lender. Lisa not only got us a much lower rate, but she worked quickly and efficiently to get our loan processed - even communicating with me and putting in extra hours over the weekend. RRCU is a great bank and has awesome rates for any of your loans. They are easy to get a hold of and talk through any questions you may have. We refinanced our current home with Lisa and Lacey and the process was completed fast and and with no issues.

They will shut off your debit card every time you travel even with a travel note on the account. Especially on Saturday, when it's impossible to get it turned back on for 48 hours. At least once a month
