Central Bank S Black Bob Rd, Olathe

I am a new member to central bank and so far I am loving it! Went in a couple days ago and Miriam helped me out. She made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions and concerns ! Definitely would recommend her if you ever need to come in for help!!

I’m normally not the kind to leave reviews but I had to for this bank!! I had a rough start to my day when I woke up and saw that my puppy had chewed up some cash that I had left out on my nightstand. Most of the bills were chewed up into threes. Little pieces here and there so here I am picking everything up and putting into a zipped locked bag! I go to the bank and was worried there wasn’t going to be anything that they could do for me. But luckily, I had Miriam help me. As soon as I walked in she welcomed me with a big smile and immediately made me feel like home! I told her everything that happened and she said there wouldn’t be a problem as long as we could put together more than 50% of the bill they’d replace it for me!!!!!!! I was very very glad that she could help me out. We were literally there putting a puzzle together with bills!!! Then, another young lady Kayln come over to help when she saw us struggling!! It was actually kind of funny at that point because I knew that they’d help me get my money back!!! Anyways they didn’t have to do that yet they chose to go above and beyond in order for me to get my money!! I’ll be closing my other bank accounts and sticking with them 100% what more do I want than a bank that makes you feel like family!!! Thank you Miriam and Kayln you girls are Goated! 😊😉

I love this branch! They have an outstanding group, they are very friendly and highly trained. They’ll go above and beyond to help with any of your needs; I once had a problem with a transaction at a different branch but Miriam was able to work her magic and fix it within minutes!

This bank is always right on top of any issue or need that I have. I'll never switch banks ever again.

This branch, under the extremely competent and professional management of Ms. Adriane Shands, provides outstanding customer service. Ms. Shands has been there a number of years now, and no matter how long in between my visits, she has instant recall of my name. She and her staff are always cheerful and helpful, providing positive energy to the place. The staff are well trained, know what they are doing, and are very efficient in processing transactions. The level of service at this branch is a throw back to the old days of small community banks where the management and staff personally knew everyone who walked in the door. It's quite refreshing and quite a contrast to other banks' branches that I have visited, whose staff and atmosphere are negative.

If I could give more stars I would. Miriam made me feel comfortable and helped me with everything I needed. She also answered all of my questions that I had and the fact that she’s bilingual was definitely a plus. This world needs more employees like Miriam.

I work and do business in many countries around the world. USA, Singapore, China and so on. The US banking service and efficiency is the worst I have ever seen. I've been worried about banks for years. Until I chose the Central Bank of the Midwest. Their staff is very friendly every time. They are also very efficient and considerate of customers. So today I decided to close my Bank of America account and my Wells Fargo account. I opened a new account here. The only inconvenience is that there is no Mandarin interpreter. It's a handicap for someone like me with poor English. But who cares? They can solve my problems every time.

I love my bank! The manager of this branch is the sweetest little gal and will go above and beyond for her customers! The staff at this branch are rockstars, super friendly and seem to truly care! I highly recommend!
