Central Bank E North St, Eldon

I have had issues with this bank since I got it. I NEVER got the referral money of $150 that I specifically asked about when joining. I got tickets to a baseball game that never happened because of the covid. I asked them to stop payment on 2 unauthorized withdrawals, they didn't and at first overdrafted my account for my loan payment, and when I called again they stopped payment of my loan but not the unauthorized withdrawals! I'm done with this bank! I can't close it out because I'm stuck in NC! Unless I write a letter!

This location is amazing. You are always greeted within seconds of entering the building. The tellers are beyond helpful and always make my banking experience great. Their customer service is hands down the best in the area. They always go the extra mile to make sure customers are well taken care of. The facility is always clean. I look forward to going to the Eldon branch because I know what to expect!

This is the slowest bank, if I didn't have to make work deposits I would never come here.

I recently obtained a loan with Central Bank of Lake of the Ozarks at the Eldon branch. We worked with Tony Halderman and he made it very easy to be able to sign our closing documents with DocuSign. We didn’t have to go into the branch, everything was sent electronically to us through our email and we signed everything and it was sent directly back to Tony. It was the easiest loan closing I have ever done! I highly recommend reaching out to them for any of your loan needs!

The absolute best staff that I get the pleasure of dealing with. Todd Rader is and has always been there to help me and answer any questions I might have. He is the best and I feel that with great leadership like that it has to be one of the reasons the entire staff is so friendly and helpful. Tamara has helped us two times with refinancing and made both experiences a breeze. I jever wanted to refinance because of the headache but it wasnt the case with her. Taylor Bailey is another that went above and beyond. From the second I told hom I was looking for a truck, he made the process so much easier. Taylor answered called on vacation to help me and has some of the best customer service I've seen. The night (after hours) I got the truck he followed up congratulating me and making sure everything went ok. I didn't allow him alot of time but it didn't matter he came through for me. All the tellers, everyone at that Eldon branch I appreciate you so much!
