They did get my garnishment released and then the company my account was with sold my account. For over a month I didn't know where to send my payments. Megan only gave me a phone number which wasn't even the right place at the time. I had already paid them 684.00 but had to find out myself where my account was not to mention I had already paid 3000.00 into the account. For the last to days I have gotten threatening messages and emails the Megan was going to put the garnishment back in place and make sure I didn't get my refund back from my garnishment. Megan should be fired. Be aware out there guys about this company.

Worst company been fooling with this company since 2015 and my student loan is more from where I started paid y’all to do nothing basically just paid your company could of took my money and paid my own loans paid y’all more than what my monthly payments where

Well I wasn't surprised to see the other review on this place . I was coming on here to put my own review and warn people .Stay away don't believe a word they say. They are not educated on the laws as far as garnishments but claim they will help you. They talk to you on a way to make you believe that you need them. Things like if you go to court your just gonna be in a worse position. The creditors won't talk to you and work anything out but pay us they will talk to you. All a bunch of BS I paid 300 and listened to all the bs bor 3 weeks. They ended up dropping me because I could see that they were nothing but a bunch of BS they are not on your side only mediators. The day today they dropped me thank God because then I had to call debitor myself and they were all wrong everything the said was bs. I worked with the debitor myself making 100 monthly payments they dropped the interest by half and took off 4000 of the acrued interest. All in one day all in one conversation and I waited for 3 weeks for safe harbor Jordan who didn't accomplish nothing except take 300 from me and try to convince me I needed them and couldn't work it out myself. My advice you can do it no is out for your best interest but yourself. Don't trust them they are liars.

Worst place ever....biggest scam...paid 500$ and didn't get no services and there policy is they can't give you your money back....video coming

Do not trust this company!!! Everything they do to help your student loan ,you can do! They have no special program, all they do is put YOUR information into your loan holders assistance program.. you are paying them to push buttons for you! I paid $500 to them the first year, found out I have to pay $200 every year to rectify (which they didnt tellme) I dropped them... Just did my own recertification FOR FREE and took me 5 mins.. .. AND GOT APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
