Central Bank Burlington St, Kansas City

I was Referred by my boss to check out this branch because I’m new in town and I was completely amazed with their friendliness and professionalism. All the girls were busy at the time so the manager mow came out and help me until the girls became free. My English is not the best so I talked to a lady named payola that spoke Spanish to me the entire time it made me feel like home. I can’t think this bank enough and hope they treat their customers the same way they treated me.

I was just in the other day cashing my work check and I was amazed how nice everyone was. I dealt with a girl named Sarah and she was amazing and then I was asking questions about opening an account and Emily answered a few questions while Sarah was finishing up... Team work at its best!!!

This bank has lost paperwork or filled it out incorrectly multiple times. They don't really care, you can either come back and fix what they did wrong or not access things. I was with Bank Liberty for over 20 years, it was wonderful until Central bought them out. The branch manager is never there. When asked to speak to someone above the branch manager, no one is sure who that is and transfer's you to another branch.

Hi i am just writing this review for victoria i was in the drive through line but couldn’t really hear so well and she invited me inside to finish helping me and the fest in front. She was so nice and all the other girls we do friendly too. Thank you again

I run into this branch with my son after I hear him talk so highly about the staff they have so I thought I’d see what he was talking about... I’m getting all my stuff together and switching from BOA to this NKC location first of next week... These girls were so sweet and helpful it’s hard to believe you still find young women with so much respect and patience helping a old lady like myself. Great Job and keep up the good work.

Ive been banking in riverside at bank liberty for years when they were bought out by central bank of the Midwest I was a little nervous but I was heading downtown for a meeting and stopped in the NKC office and let me tell you they were fantastic. I can’t remember the girls name who helped me but it doesn’t really matter cause all of them were so nice and helpful. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Hidden fees galore. Bad drive-in service and the atm's are often broken. Closed my bank account after about a year of service. The app is designed well and the man at the desk is nice and helpful. Otherwise, only bad experiences.

Not sure why it's so hard to have a note on your branch locator page that this branch's lobby is closed (also have no idea why it's closed during normal business hours). I drove 10 min out of my way for nothing for something that could have been avoided very simply. Thankfully I was able to get what I needed through the ATM. Still... it's horsecrap and could have been avoided easily.

Simply the best branch... I’m normally a drive through girl but since these girls are always so nice I run in now just to see there smiling faces...
