I lost my wallet but I came in and got some amazing service from the very pleasant Courtney. Her seamless service made my day. She did an outstanding job and quickly got me back on track. Thank you!

This use to be a very good option in banking but ever since they changed their computer system over, it has been a train wreck. You can never reach them via telephone and the lines at the branches are extremely long and excruciatingly slow. The customers don’t understand the system and it has become apparent that the people working at the bank don’t either. It’s extremely unfortunate that they rushed into a new system without fully understanding what it would take to switch over. Right now, banking here has become a liability and not a seamless process.

To be honest, this is the worst location in Columbus. The coin machine always breaks down on every visit I’ve had. They are ridiculously understaffed and you likely will have to wait almost 20 minutes in line because they almost always only have 1 person working. I didn’t give one star because the employees are always friendly Don’t bring your business here

It's a bank. Used the atm. Have never been inside. This is not the one closest to my house so I have no idea how things are inside this branch.

Love Centra. They treat us great

The absolute worst. They had an update with their system and told people to do one thing with their bill pay accounts and then charged them double after telling customers to redo all of their accounts. We were told we wouldn’t be reimbursed for their own mistake that they told us to do. I have been a customer there for easily over 10 years and after all of the headaches, unfriendly attitudes, and witnessing slammed doors in people face’s (yes that did happen) for an update that they did, I’m currently looking for a new bank. I wouldn’t give them a star even if I didn’t have to honestly. Worst customer service ever.

Convenient locations. But that's literally the only thing convenient about Centra. You'd think a smaller bank would be easier to work with than large banks on things like auto loans and check cashing, but they just aren't. I ended up opening an account with a larger bank. I would advise you to do your banking elsewhere if you want to have a bank that isn't a pain in the ass any time you want to use them

Friendly employees and excellent customer care. Jorge helped me to solve my issues quickly. I would highly recommend this branch.
