We were extremely happy with B&W as a whole and with Carolyn Darr in particular through the entire process of application through close. Very responsive and very personable. I originally approached a big bank about a mortgage but was either completely ignored (never returned calls or emails) or given what I thought was a minimum level of assistance; definitely NOT 167% better.
