Every time I go in the customer service I get from Anna J is on point! She is always polite and has the most up to date information and best of all I know I get the best deals. I highly recommend you go see her asap.

Consistently I have had the most friendly and best service from the people here than any of the other shops nearby or anywhere else around . I bring quality items in when I need a loan and usually only borrow what I can afford to pay back so I can get my item back because if I wanted to sell it I would use a different venue . I don't usually do reviews but once in awhile things come to clarity and an overall picture is very clear . I went to 4 shops yesterday all of which I had been to before and then 1st 3 without exception , the counter person acted like the could care less what I had brought in and worse acted like they really didn't care if we did business , and I know not one of the 3 were owners or managers And without looking at any details of what I brought in , they threw very low loan and buy offers at me with take it or leave it attitudes. I walked out of those shops more because if their attitudes than the $$ offers they threw at me . I walked into Centex and was greeted by 3 different people that were friendly and ready to help . Theman who helped me looked at my item and instead of throwing numbers at me , he asked me what I needed and I told him I needed to pay a utility bill that was Douthat day . He said lets see what we can do and he looked up the item and saw that there was more to this set than the average.and he asked me if I would like to sell it and I told him no but I would if it was the only way I could get enough to pay my utility bill . That's when It all was so clear , he cared and was attempting to actually help me with MY problem and was doing it with good business practices . Not only was I happy at that point but I got exactly what I needed to take care if my utilitybilll ! This is the only place I will do business with from now on because I realized that it has been that way every time I have been there and When asked , It is the only place I would refer friends and family to ! Centex , you do people Right ! KDG

I went into Centex Pawn and was greeted by their friendly employees. They immediately guided me to find exactly what I was looking for. Centex Pawn in temple has a great inventory and lots of other items that caught my interest. Go check them out!
