Kelli was such a joy to work with and her professionalism is priceless. She communicated so effectively throughout the whole process of refinancing our home and understands VA home loans; which can be difficult to find. She didn’t waste our time at all , which I appreciate as a busy family. We also were able to have her help get some of my family into their first home; since she speaks Spanish fluently without needing me to translate, which we cannot thank her enough for. She walked them through everything and helped them understand what all they needed to achieve on their first loan. I cannot recommend Kelli enough !
