The people working here are nice .But this bank is like walmart 2 min transaction takes 20 min or longer.Drive thru is a disaster to get n and out.Hire more people or train the ones u do have better.thank you

Seems like every time I go in I have a problem. Couple months ago I went in to cash in some change lady says do you have a account I said yes I do she looked it up and said she would cash the change in but it would have to go into my account because I was overdrawn. Today I go in again with some change to cash in. This time my account is not overdrawn. Lady again asks do you have a account I said yes I do. Then she tells me she has to go ask permission to cash in the change? She comes back and says we can do it this time but we normally don't. I'm confused and can't get a straight answer all my concerns are always forwarded but I never hear anything back about the issue

It is an absolute pleasure to do business here! I was recommended to try here after a few problems at another bank and I have had nothing but absolutely great experiences here since I joined. This place is family! I love when I walk in the employees know me by name. They have watched my son grow up over the years and always ask how he is doing. Even when they are busy they are helpful and happy. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. They have helped my family through so much and have been so supportive.
