This scam company continues to ruin my credit score despite the fact that I have shown proof three times that I had paid off my accounts.

Suspicious woman called asking to verify my address. They said it was a "business call." When I said I didn't feel comfortable verifying my address to someone who cold called me; the lady then grew aggressive and hung up.

I was struggling with eviction papers and they were willing to speak with me and answer my questions with no expectations. They were courteous and very helpful.

Rude Obnoxious female worker. Someone MUST take sue the wits out of these lying people. Soon, very very soon. If you were mistreated by this rude lady, write a review. BBB has been contacted, a lawyer was contacted too.

Keep getting calls from this company asking to verify personal info. When asked why they are calling they get agressive and/or hang up. They have given no valid reason to continue calling me even when asked directly. I have never had a credit card or taken a loan out.

I work regular business hours, they will call me multiple times a day during my work day, but yet can't respond to emails???? I need my monthly minimum payment to be lower so that I can actually make a payment on the website, but they don't reply to emails apparently?? I have told them I need it no more than $40 per month on the phone, yet it's set at $50. So clearly talking to them on the phone is equally USELESS. I'm just trying to pay my bill off with payments that actually work for me. This service SUCKS.

Don't even know what this place is, but they keep calling my phone and harassing me about "debt I need to pay" I already blocked your number and if you try to call me again I will have to file a law suit against you.
