Long wait in short line. Manager is rude, but cashiers are cool. And they run air cooler when it's hot!!

I went inside and Pam took me very quickly I was in and out within 5 minutes.

Dont come here if you value your time. They'll have 3 or 4 people working here with 1 person at the window. Ive been a loyal customer cashing my checks here for 2 years, but the customer service just keeps getting worse and worse.

They spend time on people That don't have the equipment to get cash. 15 people standing outside & 3 inside .it take 15 min. Just to see if they're I'd. And act. Information Is good. Been standing Here out here for 45 minutes only 2 customers have come out WOW. PLUS ONLY 3 REP. WORKING THE COUNTER

Worse service ever my husband goes in there and try to cash his check mind you it's a large amount they asked him for his paystubs and my husband said he can go somewhere if it's a problem . And he the associate said no it's okay then they try to negotiate his fee and the associate goes back the they manger and tries to agree a fee with my husband long story short he left and the associate said just to let you know it will be 79.51 if you come back when the original fee was 75$ . P.s my husband is African American. Never do service with them again!!!

Do not use this store. My sister sent me money on November 1. I went to a Western Union branch here in Texas November 2 and they told me that the money is not available. I called this California Check Cashing Store in 353 West Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Blvd and they can not give me answer. Their receipt says “Money in Minutes”, obviously it's not in minutes but they try to hold on to your money and will give you a run around telling you that the sender needs to go back to their store so they can look into the matter, as if my sister doesn't work. Don't even talk to the manager, she’s no help either.

There are times when its slow but they help me out when my money is low.

I went to cash my check from my family owned cleaning company. I was racially profiled by the lady working with me and she went as far as getting a background check and running my credit check without information. I am a 22 year old Hispanic, no criminal background, a veteran & honest. I can tolerate bad service , but racial profiling on top of all the extra things the lady did? Unacceptable.

The service speed here hasn't changed one bit. Took me 22 minutes to just get my money order. The employees lollygag and could care less about the customers. Everybody should be out in a timely manner, but hey, the employees get paid either way, right? This place needs a huge change over and employees that actually work and care about customers. If the employees don't like their job then they should just quit.

If I could give one star I would, horrible customer service. The insight card is bull!!! Today I was supposed to get my check direct deposited and to my avail insight has cancelled my card. For the second time! So now my pay is being sent back to my employer and I must wait another week. To top it off, niether insight or CCC did not notify me. Thanks for nothing.fyl!
