As a first time VERY nervous investor Alex Garza helped me do a cash out refinance on my primary home. From the get go Alex was so easy to work with. As the process moved along I had A LOT of questions. He answered every single one without hesitation and took a lot of time to educate me on different topics. In fact, after my initial appraisal of my house we came to an agreement of my loan amount. Fast forward, after an appraiser came out it was appraised at a higher amount than the original amount and Alex was able to get me more money for investing!
