Very serious and concerning communication problems with a loan originator named Kellen. This man could not communicate when our 60 day interest rate lock-in period started nor ended, nor what interest rate we were receiving. When we made an offer on a house, we were astonished to discover our interest rate was now quite different and higher - and without any word of notice from him. A home is a big purchase and you want to feel confident with your mortgage agent. This doesn't inspire confidence. Other people don't seem to have had these problems, though. I suppose the man just doesn't like two women buying a home together? To each his own, I guess, but I'd rather he was up front about it so we could just find a different mortgage broker. Or maybe we're just unlucky? I don't know, but dealing with this group has surely been an exercise in frustration and disappointment.

Castle Rock handled the process of buying my home. Carson Miller worked with me and made the process seamless. She is knowledgeable and such a pleasant person to work with. Thank you to James, Carson and the whole team for everything they did to help in this process.

Daniel Page of Castle Rock Mortgage made the home financing process a fun and positive experience! As a nervous first time home buyer, I greatly appreciate his patience and willingness to answer alllllll my questions (there were a LOT of them). He was quick to respond to all requests for new per-approval letters. Daniel followed up text and emails with phone calls to ensure I was notified of any pending requests & understood what was needed. Even with a last minute glitch from the underwriters, Daniel made sure my closing happened on time and flawlessly! I can't recommend his services highly enough. In a time where so many are unwilling to work, Daniel went above and beyond as a service provider & with his customer service!! (***added bonus, his reputation proceeded him and this meant the Seller's agents knew his pre-approval was a solid one ... which makes all the difference when you want your offer to be chosen!)
