1st Franklin Financial Madison St, Clarksville

I have been working with 1st Franklin Financial for almost 20 years. And have always had great service. The Madisin st branch is exceptional and I love working with them. Brooke is amazing and always willing to help with anything you need!! I would 1000 times recommend them for any financial help you may need!

Got the life insurance and auto plan canceled atleast. So I changed my review. And I found out there not the only company pushing insurance sales now. So guess it's the new norm.

We have been so fortunate to have assistant from this company in times of need. One employee that stuck out the most to us was Jessica Spain. She always created us upon entry and helped us find the best loan for our family without pressure to take more than needed. We will definitely look forward to her assistance in the future!

This is the only loan place I have used and I would recommend anyone to choose this place over anyone else. Jessica has been the one that has helped my husband and I. If I have had something come up she works with me. She is a very professional. I have enjoyed dealing with this company.

I was in fast need for some cash. And I had heard it from a good friend of mine that they could help me out. They took great care of me and I have a low interest rate so that helps out so much. I recommend going there if your ever in need of some extra funds.

I currently have a loans with my husband with them. There are times that I do kinda get frustrated with them because there was a time my husband and I had no income and they threatened to take us to court which everyone knows, no one can afford that in today’s world. But that was lack of my husband communicating with them and talking to them. We currently have been paying what we can afford to our loan which is less then the payment and it has kept us a float. Jessica over there is really good and works well with us. I would recommend if you would like a loan, I would always go to them for the simple fact it’s monthly payments, I don’t see the interest rate as too high, and they will work with you as long as you speak to them.

I have been visiting this company for years now. When I need some quick cash they are always willing to help out. All the employees are so nice and friendly and its refreshing to experience wonderful customer service. They can do applications and everything over the phone so it makes it super easy and fast when you visit the location. They also have a referral program which is also great. Keep up the great work guys!

I have been using this company since they opened up at this location and I would reccomend them to anyone! All of the people that work here are great and are always so friendly. They remember my face when I come in every time and its refreshing. I always get letters letting me know I have funds available, and they do most of the work over the phone before i come in.
