We will miss living at Castle Creek so much! Lived here for 4 years and absolutely loved it (only moved b/c we needed a larger unit with working from home). The staff is wonderful! Jordan is the sweetest property manager. Everyone in the office is so friendly (especially Tiffany) and accommodating. Maintenance staff is top notch and very quick to resolve any requests. The community is always clean and pretty with trees, bushes and fresh flowers - you can really tell that they care. Another thing we were really happy about was the parking situation. There were always spaces available right near our unit. The pool, gym and coffee/tea bar are added bonuses that I took advantage of all the time lol. Location is great and we felt very safe living here. You can’t put a price tag on that peace of mind. All around great place and I would 100% recommend living here.

When you lease with Castle Creek, just know every single member of the staff has your best interest at heart and truly cares. Just driving in the parking lot, the maintenance technicians would always wave and anytime I stopped by the office and came across the staff, they would always ask how my day was going and always so friendly. Anytime I put in a service request, it was completed in a timely manner and they never made me feel like a burden. When it comes to the apartment, I lived on the top floor and absolutely loved my vaulted ceilings! The space was absolutely perfect with a deep soak garden tub, washer and dryer in unit, enormous closets, plenty of cabinetry, and new updates. After a couple months of living there, they updated their appliances to stainless steel appliances and also installed Nest thermostats (which I LOVED) They also had a ton of resident events and food trucks visit often. From the pool, the bicycle storage, amazon package area, fire pits, car wash station, and my fav, the Starbucks coffee bar, you can't go wrong choosing to live here! I lived at Castle Creek for two years and absolutely loved my apartment! If it wasn't for relocating due to a new job, I would have definitely leased for another year! Thank you Castle Creek for being a wonderful place I was able to call home!

We’ve lived here for about a month so I will edit/add reviews as necessary! So far, we’ve been more than happy with our experience. The units and amenities: The apartments themselves are awesome. Nest thermostats, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and garbage disposal (nice bonus since my last apartment didn’t have these), in unit laundry, big bath tubs, and overall very clean and well kept indoors and outdoors. The amenities here are very high quality including the pool, coffee bar, car servicing garage, bicycle storage, business center, and Amazon hub. Location/safety: I’ve never felt unsafe here. It’s actually fairly quiet despite being on a busy road. Everyone minds their own business. The location is literally perfect as everything I need is 10 minutes (or less) away. There are so many things available for delivery including food, groceries, and multiple other stores. Amazon also has some items available for same day and overnight shipping when shipping to this address. Complaints: My only two complaints would be that… 1. we had no notice that maintenance was coming to complete our request. We came home from shopping and there was a tag saying they had been in our apartment. Maybe it’s just me, but I would like to receive a notice before maintenance comes to ensure I’m home and my cat doesn’t bolt out the door and to ensure my private items are stored away. 2. The ceiling is pretty thin so we can hear every footstep our upstairs neighbor takes. It gets pretty noisy if they decide to do a HIIT workout with lots of jumping. However, I realize that in any apartment living situation you will hear neighbors at some point. So far it has not been horrible. In conclusion, I would definitely recommend living here and intend to stay here until I purchase a house someday:)

If you are thinking of living here please read. Castle Creek may look nice on the outside but there are many problems with this complex. The walls are paper-thin, interior and exterior, causing electric bills upward to $300 a month during winter times. These thin walls not only cause outrageous electric bills but allow you to hear everything your surrounding neighbors do and say. My next-door neighbor would blare music at all hours of the day and night. I would eventually have to wear earplugs to bed just to be able to sleep because there was nothing done by the apartment management. When letting management know about the problem, they basically told me that they would send them an email asking to quiet down but that would be as far as they would go. My only other option was to pay the termination fee and find another place to live. You can tell that this apartment complex was built cheaply and covered up with well-looking finishes to hide all of its problems. If there is another living situation you are considering, I would strongly recommend choosing that one. If you search the other one-star reviews they explained to have the same problem I had so I am not the only one.

Wonderful property. I moved to Castle Creek in the middle of my roommate's lease, and Jodie and the rest of the team were so helpful during this process. We hardly ever had maintenance issues, but if we did, the maintenance team was quick to respond. Our apartment was beautiful, very spacious, and awesome amenities, such as the big balcony and in-unit washer/dryer. The pool was an awesome bonus, always clean and fun environment. No issues with Castle Creek - definitely recommend checking it out.

We just rented this past year at Castle Creek. I have stayed in much nicer apartments for much less to say the least. Our porch flooded multiple times when we first moved in. Even after 2 calls to management and them saying the solution was fixed both times, just to find it definitely was not when it rained. I lost a brand new outdoor carpet due to the flooding. There was no gym, the pool closed early for the season, and no clubhouse the whole time we were there due to remodels we had no idea would be happening before we moved in. If we knew we wouldn't have any amenities, we would have rented elsewhere. There were multiple break ins to vehicles during the year that we lived there and when we reached out to management to let them know, they didn't even send out a notice to other residents. Every other apartment community I have lived in has notified of any suspicious activity in the area, Castle Creek will not. We also were mandated to use the trash service that was terrible. After multiple emails to management about the service issues and asking to be taken off of the service and that we could just run our trash to the dumpster ourselves, we were ignored and told "we will tell the trash team". It is obvious nothing was said as issues still kept happening. There were also issues with raccoons coming into the buildings and tearing open the trash of residents, leaving the hallways a mess. Again, management was reached out to and no notice to residents were given. We also had to clean the trash in the hall that the raccoons got into. Don't tie yourself into a lease at Castle Creek, it is not worth your money.

We only had the opportunity to live here a year due to buying a house but it was fantastic in our time there! The front office is as nice as can be and always had the biggest smiles. The maintenance crew would go above and beyond every single time. Any time we had any issues, it would be fixed within 24 hours. And in most of those cases, they were able to come out that same day. The landscaping was consistently cleaned up and always looked beautiful. We never had the chance to use to pool but the gym was very nice to go to(and the coffee bar where we would frequently drop by to get hot chocolate during the winter months!) Highly recommend Castle Creek. You can't beat friendly faces, speedy maintenance and a safe(and fun!) environment!

When I came and viewed the model apartment, the model was amazing! However, months later when I decided to rent an apartment there, the appearance of my apartment looked nothing like the model at all. Please know the walls are SUPER paper thin, and you can literally hear everything that your neighbors do above and around you, and this is no lie at all. And if you complain about the excessive 3am noise to the office, pretty much the office cannot -and will not do anything about it. The only thing good about these apartments are their maintenance, they are very prompt and courteous. Other than that I can't wait until my lease is up so I can move to a more quieter setting and peace of mind.

We are residents here and absolutely love it. We have a third floor apartment with vaulted ceilings and it makes the space seem so much bigger. The porch is huge and faces the trees and we love to relax out there. There’s so much natural light that comes into our apartment with the big windows and the space is laid out nicely. It truly feels like a home. We love having a fireplace, washer/dryer in unit in a laundry room, huge bathtubs, smart thermostat, ceiling fans, walk-in closets, and nice carpet. Plus, the walls seem to be thick because we haven’t heard our neighbors at all! Another favorite of ours is the trash service and we just put our trash outside of our door at night and they come and take it out for you! Another huge plus is the friendly and helpful staff, and the clubhouse is amazing! We’ll definitely be staying here for a few years. The rent is reasonable as well. The only downside I can think of is that our apartment is right next to Allisonville Rd, and people can drive pretty loudly, especially late at night. It has woken up our child a few times. There’s also a lot of sirens around here because I believe there is a fire station not too far from here. It has nothing to do with the quality of the apartments and it’s just the location.

I lived in Castle Creek for over 5 years and have nothing but good things to say! Jordan and her staff are wonderful, and always so nice and helpful. Maintenance is extremely quick and typically took care of any issue I experienced in less than 24 hours. The landscaping around the complex is consistently kept pristine and the pool/grill area make for a great summer hangout. Both the apartments and clubhouse have been recently remodeled and look super modern. All in all, look no further than Castle Creek if you're needing an apartment in the Castleton area!

Top tier amenities for the area! Love the access to all the gym equipment! Lovely grounds keeping! The area is prestine! Prefect for walking my dogs, and feels like an extremely safe community! Management is extremely helpful and friendly! The staff is always on scene and prepared to help with if there are any issues. 10/10 would suggest to a friend!

Amazing property! I just moved in a few weeks ago and I have loved it so far. The office staff is very organized and makes the move in process very easy. The maitenance team is very quick at responding to service requests. So far from my stay I can tell they take really good care of there property, they are re-painting all the buildings. And then when I moved in they had some really nice updates inside the apartments like a nest thermostat and updated light fixtures. I can't wait to see what other changes they make during my stay here!
