Chase Bank Castle Creek Pkwy N Dr, Indianapolis

I have been to some really nasty customer service banks and bank locations before but I can tell you the vibe here is great! They are upbeat, simple and to the point, very kind, and treat you with respect. They made me smile and they noticed me and my awesome saying shirt I wore. They were very quick and efficient and they really have a good co worker vibe going. If you want a good location of a Chase bank this one is it.

Closed before 2:00 today. Lobby and drive-up. Not helpful. Keep your hours. You’re a bank, not a Convenience Store.

So rude to me when trying to cash a convenience check since I live out of town! The check is written from their bank and they will not cash it! Is that convenient? I think not! Horrible customer service! Instead of staying I’m so sorry on my way out the door it’s a roll of the eyes then, “sooooo, what do you want for lunch?” Not a care in the world cause it’s not their money! I was always told not to bank with Chase because they were not personable today was my first and last experience with them! I’d rather pay to have my check cashed then to go to them for the “convenience”! Thanks for all of your no help today! Wish I could give no stars

The worse bank ever for a mortgage. Was pre approved for a mortgage. I told them I co signed for my cousin car and was told it ok. So I order the inspection and appraisal of the house and constantly asking the the loan officer is everything ok and was told many time that it was. Told the apartment I was going to vacant cause I getting a house. My family was so excited to be moving into our new home. Three days before closing got a call from the under writer that she didn’t receive any of our paperwork n threaten us that if we don’t send it in right away we can’t close. I handed in all the paperwork to the loan officer already.Really you waited till 3 days before closing to call us while the loan officer was on vacation and they can’t reach her??? Who fault is that. So I went into the bank and sit there for 4 hours doing everything from scratch and was told ok we are all set only to be told the next day that we can’t get the loan because I co signed for the car 2 day before closing. So I lost the money for the inspection and appraisal and of course the stress they put me and my family through. I will be going there after the holiday to close my account and take my money to a bank that actually care about their customer. Update now I have to go to arbitration to try to get my earnest money back I have reported this to the bbb and will bring this to court don’t waste your time with this bank. Not once did anyone reach out to apologize and try to make things right. Their screw cost me thousands of dollars. I guess this bank only value rich client and not normal hard working people

Terrible employees and terrible customer service. Had representatives have the audacity to lie to me and tell me my claim was submitted just to learn they’ve been sending me on a wild goose chase between centers and supplied me with a made up case number. Id rather keep my money in my mattress, it’d probably be safer there. Never will go or recommend chase to anyone.

Wonderful service! Sean is amazing! Super knowledgeable and really nice to work with. He made opening up a business account easy and fun. There were two other friendly ladies working I just didn’t get a chance to get names. Would absolutely recommend this branch. I’ve been to this location many times, and have always had a great experience. Customer service is top notch! Thank you!

Okay, only has one drive through ATM

I called them for my document that requires to be notarize and I asked them if I need to bring one of my own witness. They said not to worry and can have 2 ready, told me to look for Brenda or Charlie. So I came in and told them my name. They asked if I brought a witness......?!?!

I think Brenda Kroeschen does not give out the right information to customers. She bluntly refuses signing reference letters saying it is company policy. The truth is, when I went 2 miles down the road at a different Chase branch, they not only signed the system generated bank letters, but also typed up a letter on letterhead saying I was free of debts. Brenda will never do that, and not even give the option of speaking to manager, who possibly has much more privileges of serving customer needs. I think Brenda K. is just avoiding work for herself.
