I worked with Nick Weber to obtain my first home mortgage. He responds quickly and was on track for everything. When an opportunity for better mortgage terms came about a week after putting in the offer on my home, he notified me right away and got everything set up and still had closing documents to title 6 days before our scheduled closing date and was ready to close a week before that. He kept my real estate agent updated every couple of days and with every step of the process. As a 1st time home buyer, I had a ton of questions and Nick answered every question and even recalculated mortgage rates and payments for me when I couldn’t decide between multiple houses.
