It was a revelation working with Cassie Troup. She was courteous, efficient, kind, comforting, (and did we say efficient!) and EFFECTIVE in locating the specific lender we needed. Although we own multiple single-family rental income properties, and our current home was very equity-heavy, our liquid capital was too low for a conventional bank to find a way to lend us a fraction of the equity in our current home, or a portion of the sales price of the beautiful home of our dreams, a home for our retirement. Cassie found the investor who could close on a second mortgage on our current home, within the tightest time frame possible on a drop-dead 30-day closing date insisted upon by the seller of our new home.
