Chase Bank S State St, Ukiah

Aware of the recent experience my cousins best friend had I'm absolutely stunned of what they had gotten helping a individual quite normal average citizen with there account shared with their parent who before passing managed a power of attorney which wasn't honored. Quite extraordinary I find being prior military life dependent with my knowledge is exactly the document necessary to handled any business transactions. I suggested a legal avenue strongly. Plenty of contract lawyers might find this very lucrative.

The Chase Bank in Lakeport needs improvement, they should be more helpful to customers. They take to long and lines are long. Most of the customers were seniors over 75, the bank staff are nice but need to work faster and be professional at doing it

Such a great staff. Been going there for years and almost everyone there greets me by name before I even get to the counter. Always helpful and professional. They really take excellent care of their clients. 2 thumbs up as well as 5 stars!

They charge to cash there own checks if you don't have account their.

BROKEN ATM MACHINES...CAN'T TAKE MY HUSBAND'S CHECK INSIDE, YET HIS CHECKS HAVE BEEN DEPOSITED THIS WAY FOR YEARS. YOU GUYS WOULDN'T LOOK OR HELL CALL ME!!!! CLOSE YOUR ACCTS. THEY HAVE NEVER HELPED WITH SIMPLE QUESTIONS, EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS BRANCH!!!!

This was an impromptu visit to this bank. I am a credit card holder not account but needed a bank officer to assist with something. All I can say was from the teller to the bank manager I was treated well and extremely professionally. My request was dealt with quickly and without drama. A solid bank branch All round. Thanks.

Come here if you want bad customer service. I am new to the area and I was looking for a bank account that would suit my needs. I'd never banked with Chase before but I heard good things about it so I was willing to give them a try. Because I hadn't made an appointment, I had to wait 20 minutes for an available banker. I had no problem waiting. However, the poor customer service I received was not worth the wait. I explained my situation to the banker, Maria, so she could set me up with the best bank account that would suit my needs. Instead of her giving me her professional opinion, she scoffed at the questions I had about different types of bank accounts. And to make matters worse, she checked her phone in the middle of our meeting and made me feel like I wasn't worth her time. I was trying to put my money into this establishment, but I guess they don't want my business that bad. Save yourself the headache and go ANYWHERE else.

Perfect service. Moved here from Santa Rosa 2 years ago, transferred our bank accounts up here and they have been excellent. Anyone who has a problem with this branch needs to look in the mirror.

Nothing really against Chase in Ukiah other than the fact I live in Willits and our branch is closed. Time to open up now!!!!!!

Have had great aervice at other locations but this one is a joke the atm is broken every damn time i go there
