TLDR: You MIGHT be a thief for selling your property I've been doing business here for easily the last 4 years. Well today I took in 2 old laptops that I don't use anymore. Wasn't expecting much, mostly just hoping someone else could get some use from them and I could get a couple bucks. They proceeded to tell me that factory resetting my laptops (because I feel better knowing I did it correctly) is a sign that they might be stolen. Furthermore, me admitting that I reset them makes me suspicious and they have everything on camera. The shear insinuation that I'm a thief will be the reason I NEVER do business with them again.

Normally I really like this place but after I got home and looked away my receipt they charged me for extended warranties on every item I purchased without asking me. Pretty shady way to do business.

Took in a $350 drill the kid behind the counter said it would sell for $19.99 so he offered $10. Obviously doesn't have any idea what things are worth. And coincidentally did not have a single $19.99 concrete hammer drill in the store when I said I would but them all.

Every time i go in there they are so nice and help as much as they can. This is the only place i will go to pawn anything. And if i am a few days late and keep in contact with them they try to give as much leeway as possible.

This place is by far the worst place to shop and the people are crooks paid 100 for a necklace just to have it snap within two days and not even that but it was suppose to be 10k gold and they tested it when i tried to sell it back and told me its distorted and its other metal point blank I wasnt to pleased

It's a real bummer to have to write this review after being a regular customer for years now...but I recently purchased two laptops (nearly $700!) and BOTH died in less than a month. Called and was told that there's nothing that can be done about it. So I've now learned how valued customers are treated, and they've lost two in myself and my fiance..

The people are so nice. Esp the manager and Delphino. I have called a few times over the last few months. Delphino usually answers and is great. He comes off as genuinely caring. Its appreciated. You usually don't need a payday loan on a good day. :)

They sell you damaged products. And when you confront them about said products they blame you for it and call the police. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION.

Bought a Bulova watch from them and when I figured out that it didn't keep proper time I attempted to return it they told me they was nothing they could do . So lesson learned I guess ?

Amazing customer service. The manager there spent nearly an hour and a half to make sure I get my money's worth.
