I was assisted with my loan by Isaac. He was very knowledgeable, personable and the loan process went very smooth. I highly recommend this office for personal loans.

Even though I have a very good income they do not accept anything in a savings account even if its primary income. I tried to see if I would get approved but they only accept income that goes into checking and a good checking history within the past 30 days. This is the only loan place that I have ever known in the history of getting a loan that won't even approve me because my income does not go into my checking's account. They won't even accept the income that I intake which is absurd. They really should think about changing their policy because not everybody keeps a main income in their checking's account. Their policy expects me to change the way I receive income and then technically wait 30 days for my checking account to be "normal".

Dan was very helpful and got me in and out, it was a pain less experience. I would highly recommend this establishment!

Elizabeth Valenzuela was AMAZING! She greeted me upon arrival and was very professional. She was patient and attentive...which can be hard during the pandemic. This is one of the most professional and friendly businesses I've been to. I've worked with Miguel both times and he is patient, courteous and knowledgeable. He takes the time to thoroughly explain things and makes sure you understand your options and the process.
