Erica helped me out the other day when I went in. She made everything quick and easy and had excellent customer service. The ladies in the front were very nice as well. Over all a good experience!

This place is great! They make it so easy to borrow money and with OnTime payments they will allow you to borrow again. You do not have to fill out a ton of paperwork and go through the entire process all over again each time. My last visit was with Erica and she was awesome! Also, they automatically debit your account each time your payment is due and they do not require that you come in to make your payments. This is very convenient compared to other places who require you to visit their office each time. Highly recommend if you are looking for a loan, you go see Erica.

I recently had to get some money and I am glad I stopped in. They close at 6PM and I got there 5:32. Believe it or not Erica got me the money I needed that day. She was professional and fast.

Came in almost at closing time and was happily greeted by Jose with no worries about the time. For a hour he worked on my loan and was very professional and courteous. Will definitely be coming back to Cashtime here in Avondale!

I would have gave 0 stars but that's not a option I came to transfer my loan 3 times the first time I was told it was done and it was not the last two times I worked with Desiree who told me the second time they had to wait until my payment posted which was understandable then the 3rd time I had her again and she stated that my reference numbers didn't work which I had asked her if she could call them again because I just called them. She stated per her manager if it is giving her a busy signal there was nothing they could do I needed two more references. I walked out because I was tired of dealing with her telling me she couldn't do anything but then I walked back in spoke to the manager myself and she was able to call my references she doesn't know how to do her job and it's frustrating that she doesn't try and makes you feel like your wrong she didn't apologize for being wrong she just got a attitude like she didn't want to help. I wanted to take my loan back out but I refused I will not do business where customers are treated with 0 respect.

Potential customers. BEWARE!!! The lenders will add extra daily interest when your paying off your balance early AND even if your late less than 10 days although the contract states differently they WILL charge extra for that which makes no sense because they not only have your debit card on file, if it doesnt work for some reason they can submit using your checking account info which they also have but THEY choose not to so they can have an excuse to charge additional interest PER DAY.

Amazing customer service! I have gotten previous loans and by far the best place I've been to. Erica Tabares was great and very personable! I highly recommend this Goodyear location!

Daisy was the associate that helped me out she was very friendly outgoing and honest. I wasn't really in the market for a title loan inquired online and she got back to me a few times to make sure I was taken care of. After consideration I got a small loan just some extra cash to have some fun with. Go see Daisy she will make sure to do all she can to take care of you
