Had a lot easier if a time than I expected. Airel was VERY helpful, informative, and welcoming. She explained everything in detail, answered all of my questions, and didn’t rush me out of the store! Would definitely recommend this location!

Don't do it. I have been a customer at this location for I would say about a year. I have taken out a few loans and paid them off. The staff at the location have mostly been friendly and helpful. With that being said, don't take out a loan from this company. Why? If a mistake or miscommunication is made by an employee or corporate themselves, you have to jump through many hoops to get it fixed. If you have hard times, they make it so hard to stop a payment and then will take money right out of your account and charge interest even if you call them two days before the payment and speak to corporate. If you can't make your payment on that Friday you get paid and need to come in one day late, they still will take it out of your bank account after you paid the balance in cash. I spoke to corporate on the phone and sent over what she said was an acceptable document and I had to come up with it LAST minute because she waited until the end of the day to call me. What if something happens and heaven forbid you can't make it in? Well, overdraft and interest of course they can't stop payment at the location, you have to call corporate, and if they don't attend to it in time you are stuck with it. If one person doesn't do what they say they will do, they make YOU wait on the phone to talk to corporate because nobody at the location can do anything about it. I almost missed dinner because I was stuck on the phone for over 45 minutes. Corporate creates many hoops to jump through to resolve an issue. They have gone through many employees in the last year and the frustration level with each of them was visible. If they treat good on time paying customers this way that run into a hardship during times of Covid-19 and NEED ONE extra DAY to make it there, I can't imagine how they treat the ones who can't pay. I called two days ahead and asked corporate to give me ONE EXTRA DAY to come in and pay my account because I was struggling with time to get money for my payment because I have been waiting for unemployment to pay me for over 14 weeks. The corporate office doesn't like screenshots of things either so be prepared to mail something, run back to the location or try many formats and wasted time to get proof to them. I did try to make a reasonable effort and keep a good business relationship rather than not responding or not communicating but it wasn't good enough and I am angry that something so simple has been so complicated. Save yourself the stress. Don't take out a loan here. Employees are mainly nice but corporate treats their customers like dirt and you don't want to deal with making so many calls and emails just to fix ONE simple issue. I would advise to go somewhere else.
